Standard delivery generally takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

         

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates are calculated according to the destination and displayed at checkout. International delivery generally takes 6 to 27 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

         

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Nirjara does not currently collect international duties or import taxes at checkout.

         

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please review your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us at abbey@nirjara.com.au as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to update or redirect it.

         

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Nirjara, we hope your piece becomes a treasured companion for years to come. If for any reason it isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using recycled precious metals and natural gemstones. Subtle variations in finish, texture, and stone characteristics are part of what makes each piece uniquely its own.

We encourage you to choose thoughtfully. By creating timeless pieces and reducing unnecessary returns, together we can help minimise our environmental impact.

         

30 DAY RETURN WINDOW

If for any reason your piece isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

Unworn and in its original condition

Returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided

         

REQUESTING A RETURN

To request a return or exchange, please email abbey@nirjara.com.au with:

Your name and order number

A brief explanation of your request

Clear photos of the item (for quality-related claims)

         

If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your piece.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

         

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process your refund.

Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

         

EXCHANGES

If your ring isn't quite the right size or you'd prefer a different variation, we'll happily help you arrange an exchange.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the process. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

         

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

         

Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving our studio.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

tems showing signs of wear, misuse, or accidental damage
